Day 1 - Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to Arusha city
After your arrival at Kilimanjaro's airport there will be the Sweet Of Tanzania Adventures guide waiting for you to take you to Arusha where you will be able to rest in Hotel or simply have a small look around the City. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
The Safari proceeds with the tour of Tarangire National Park, one of the most beautiful Tanzanian Parks with diverse biodiversity. This Tanzanian park is quite famous for the herds of elephants, the African pythons able to climb on the trees, and the gigantic baobab. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3 - Manyara National Park
The safari continues with the tour of the National Park of the Lake Manyara, one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity. With an area of only 330 square km, 230 of those are occupied by the very large lake, where it is possible to experience five different ecosystems. The park is inhabited by over 380 types of birds and a high number of various animal kind: elephants, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs and so many others. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4 - Arrival at Serengeti National Park
Today is the day of the Serengeti National Park! To reach it we will cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During the trip we'll be able to proceed with the photo-safari and we'll have pic-nic lunch. Once you arrive at the entry of the park you will have time to climb to the panoramic point near Naabi Gate where you will able to take some photos. The photo-safari will continue in Serengeti and we'll reach the lodge or the tent-camp for dinner. The Serengeti is the most famous park in Tanzania, known in all over the world for his boundless lowlands, the wildebeests migration, the lions prides and the other raiders such as hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, jackals and crocodiles. The word “Serengeti” means “Endless Plain” - the name really couldn't be more appropriate. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 5 and Day 6 - Serengeti National Park
These 2 full days will entirely be dedicated to the visit of endless lowlands of the Serengeti National Park, where we can meet wild predators as leopards, cheetahs and lions, but also the Great Migration. The Serengeti National Park is one of the principal attractions of the entire continent dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7 - From Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Today we will continue our safari crossing the first part of the Serengeti, proceeding towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The brief trip will be a new occasion to admire the sub-Saharannature and to take some photos or simply to take some videos of the surrounding environment and the animals. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 8 - Ngorongoro Crater
Today the safari will be dedicated to the exploration of the Ngorongoro crater and the surrounding area. This is of one of the most unique landscapes to the world, where we can admire the dormant volcano and the nature that surrounds it. In the park it will be possible to see the "Big Five": elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards and rhinos, but you should also be aware of the plethora of other wild animals in the area – there are tens of thousands, including a great variety of bird species. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 9 | Tanzanian Tribes - Flight to Zanzibar
This day will be dedicated to a meeting with two of the most prominent tribes in Africa. After breakfast we will meet the Masai tribe, among the oldest tribes in East Africa. The Masai are a tribe of semi-nomadic shepherds, preserving traditional lifestyles with piety that give it its special character. During the visit we will get an authentic glimpse of their interesting culture, enter the special residential buildings and witness traditional dance and singing performances. We will then head towards Lake Icy, where we will meet members of the Hadzaba tribe, who belong to the group of Bushmen of Africa. This tribe has maintained the tradition of hunting and gathering for thousands of years, and today remains one of the only hunter-gatherer tribes in the world. During the meeting we will accompany an interpreter who knows the language of the clicks through which they communicate, observe them for their livelihoods, visit their residential buildings, and get acquainted with their ancient way of life. In the fternoon will back to the lodges. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 10 - 14 Zanzibar
Relax and unwind on Zanzibar Beach. Besides the sea and the beaches, you can visit Stone Town, spice plantations, snorkel and other activities, overnight at the hotel.
Day 14 - Transfer to the airport for flight back to your country.
